Glatfelter offers a nationwide PPO plan that every U.S. employee and dependent can access. We also offer local managed care programs in two major locations. The PPO plan offers freedom and flexibility in choosing a doctor. The local managed care plans offer a lower out-of-pocket expense to you. Our goal is to give you a plan that works for you and your family.

401k Plans for Hourly and Salaried Employees

To enroll in the Glatfelter 401k Plans for Hourly or Salaried employees or to access and manage your existing 401k account go to Fidelity’s website at www.401k.com.

Next, set up your personal identification number (PIN). If you already set up your account, you can use your existing PIN.

Once you are at the website you can:
  • Set up or change your contribution payroll deferral %
  • Learn about the different kinds of investments
  • Select your investment options
  • Determine your retirement needs and do retirement planning
  • Attend eLearning Workshops
