Welcome to the Glatfelter Interactive Mill Tour
If you’ve ever wondered how fine printing and writing papers are made,
we invite you to take a twenty-minute journey with us through two of
Glatfelter’s fully integrated pulp and paper mills. It’s an educational
experience that will show you how trees are used to make paper for books,
stamps, envelopes, greeting cards, carbonless forms, and a wide range of
other products that we rely on in our everyday lives. Vibrant imagery,
interactive elements, and detailed illustrations come together to create a
truly amazing virtual experience.
Throughout the tour you’ll learn how Glatfelter manages its environmental
footprint by practicing sustainable forestry, making efficient use of
biomass for fuels, and a host of other environmentally responsible
practices.
