Glatfelter acquired the metallizing business based in Caerphilly, UK in December 2007,
taking its total paper metallizing capacity to a level in excess of 30,000 tonnes/yr.
With the combined capability and expertise of the Gernsbach and Caerphilly
operations, Glatfelter provides a highly competent and secure partner for the supply
of metallized Inner Liner products for the tobacco industry.

• GEPALINER has proven performance across a wide range of cigarette packaging machines to include Molins, Focke, Hauni, ITM and GD.
• GEPALINER offers a highly reflective metallic product which can be considered as paper through and through. In combination with the carton, GEPALINER
  contributes to a combined weight of >95% regarded as paper, which can be repulped, recycled or composted.
• GEPALINER is available in varying appearance to suit individual brand requirements,such as in gold, silver, color, plain, special design, security and embossed.
• Product weights at 52 to 73 gsm suitable for hard and soft pack design.
• Menthol resistance by request.
