Business Intelligence Analyst (m/w/d)

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstützung unserer unternehmensinternen Bereiche bei der Anwendungs- und Prozessgestaltung innerhalb unserer SAP-BI Systemlandschaften
• Eigenständige Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung von Datenmodellen sowie Berichts- und Planungsanwendungen mit SAP BW 7.4 / BW4 HANA
• Entwicklung von Reporting-Lösungen mit SAP- und Non-SAP-BI-Tools
• Mitwirkung bei Projekt-Roll-Outs sowie Übernahme von Projekt- oder Teilprojektaufgaben im BI-Umfeld
• Mitarbeit in einem funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Team
• Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops und Schulungen von Endanwendern
• Entwicklung von Datentransformationen und ABAP-Routinen
• Unterstützung einer standardisierten globalen KPI-Struktur und Migration von SAP BW-Lösungen auf BW4 HANA

Qualifikation/Erfahrung 

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie langjährige Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in BI/BW/DWH/HANA und den damit verbundenen Database-Strukturen
• Know-How und Erfahrung in der Beratung sowie Betreuung von Endanwendern und Konzeption von BI-Lösungen
• Verständnis von SAP BW-Strukturen sowie gute Datenmodellierungs-/ABAP-Kenntnisse
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Transformationen und Datenmodellen
• Kenntnisse in HTML 5-Programmierung, JavaScript sind wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
• Erfahrung im Bereich BI Application Management sowie Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden BI-Systemlandschaft
• Selbstständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Freude an neuen Herausforderungen sowie die Bereitschaft gelegentlich zu reisen und ein sicheres Auftreten runden Ihr Profil ab

Business Intelligence Analyst (m/w/d)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support of our internal departments in the application and process design within our SAP-BI system landscapes
• Independent analysis, design and implementation of data models as well as reporting and planning applications with SAP BW 7.4 / BW4 HANA
• Development of reporting solutions with SAP and non-SAP BI tools
• Participation in project roll-outs as well as assumption of project or sub-project tasks in the BI environment
• Collaboration in a cross-functional and international team
• Implementation and facilitation of workshops and training of end users
• Development of data transformations and ABAP routines
• Support of a standardized global KPI structure and migration of SAP BW solutions to BW4 HANA

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable vocational training as well as many years of professional experience
• Several years of experience in BI/BW/DWH/HANA and the associated database structures
• Know-how and experience in consulting as well as support for end users and conception of BI solutions
• Understanding of SAP BW structures as well as good knowledge of data modeling/ABAP
• Many years of experience in the implementation of transformations and data models
• Knowledge of HTML 5 programming, JavaScript is desirable
• Very good communication and moderation skills, both in German and English
• Experience in the field of BI application management as well as further development of the existing BI system landscape
• Independent and pragmatic way of working with a high level of quality awareness
• Enjoyment of new challenges as well as the willingness to travel occasionally and a confident appearance round off your profile
