Unser Produktionsstandort in Steinfurt sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams einen Customer Service Representative (m/w/d).

Glatfelter ist ein international tätiger US-amerikanischer Konzern und ein weltweit führender Anbieter von technischen Materialien. Am Standort Steinfurt produziert das Unternehmen mit ca. 200 Mitarbeitern auf zwei hochmodernen Anlagen Airlaid-Produkte, die täglich von einer Vielzahl von Menschen zur Hygiene und Körperpflege, im Haushalt, in Medizin und Gastronomie sowie anderen Anwendungsbereichen genutzt werden.

DEIN ANGESTREBTER KARRIEREWEG

• Du wirst ein wertvolles Mitglied des Teams sein und bei der Annahme von Aufträgen mitwirken
• Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für zugeordnete Kunden sowie für den Verkaufsaußendienst
• Du überwachst die Lagerbestände sowie das „Credit Limit“ je Kunde
• Du überprüfst wöchentlich die bereits versandten Auftragsmengen bzw. schätzt die noch im laufenden Monat zu versendenden Aufträge
• Du überwachst die Liefertermine bzw.-pläne sowie die produzierten Mengen der jeweiligen Aufträge
• Du prüfst und überwachst die Zahlungseingänge bzw. Dokumente
• Du bist für die Annahme und Erfassung von Kundenreklamationen zuständig

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service
• Teamfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Denken
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• sichere EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

Our production site in Steinfurt is looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to strengthen the team.

Glatfelter is an internationally active US corporation and a leading global supplier of technical materials. At its Steinfurt site, the company employs approximately 200 people in two state-of-the-art facilities to produce airlaid products that are used daily by a wide range of people for hygiene and personal care, in the home, in medicine and gastronomy, and in other areas of application.

YOUR INTENDED CAREER PATH

• You will be a valuable member of the team and assist in taking orders
• You will be the first point of contact for assigned customers as well as the field sales force
• You will monitor inventory levels as well as the “credit limit” per customer
• You will check weekly the order quantities already shipped or estimate the orders still to be shipped in the current month
• You monitor the delivery dates and schedules as well as the produced quantities of the respective orders.
• You check and monitor the incoming payments and documents.
• You are responsible for the acceptance and recording of customer complaints.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

• Completed vocational training in the commercial field
• First professional experience in the area of customer service
• Ability to work in a team and customer-oriented thinking
• Very good written and spoken English
• Secure computer skills (MS Office)
