Für den Bereich Human Resources an unserem Standort in Ober-Schmitten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:

HR Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Kompetenter Ansprechpartner und Berater für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen arbeitsrechtlichen und personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
• Umsetzung aller tariflichen und mitbestimmungsrechtlichen Themen in enger und vertrauensvoller Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
• HR Controlling und Reporting
• Kostenstellen- / Budgetplanung und Überwachung
• Verantwortlich für sämtliche Rekrutierungsmaßnahmen am Standort
• Konzeption und Umsetzung der langfristigen Personalplanung, insbesondere hinsichtlich Nachwuchsgewinnung, -förderung und Ausbildung
• Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen HR-Kollegen/-innen
• Einbindung in internationale HR-Projekte
• Verantwortung für die Entgeltabrechnung

Qualifikation / Erfahrung

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/ Master) idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation (Personalfachkaufmann/frau)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Personalleiter in der produzierenden Industrie, inkl. Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (idealerweise DATEV)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Erfahrung in der Einführung / Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Systeme
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

For the Human Resources department at our site in Ober-Schmitten, we are looking as soon as possible for a:

HR Manager (m/f/d)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Competent contact and advisor for employees and managers on all labor law and human resources issues
• Implementation of all collective bargaining and co-determination issues in close and trusting cooperation with the works council
• HR controlling and reporting
• Cost center / budget planning and monitoring
• Responsible for all recruitment measures at the site
• Conception and implementation of long-term HR planning, in particular with regard to recruitment, promotion and training of junior employees
• Cooperation with international HR colleagues
• Involvement in international HR projects
• Responsibility for payroll accounting

Education / Experience

• Business studies (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a focus on human resources management or comparable training with corresponding additional qualification (human resources specialist)
• Several years of professional experience as a personnel manager in the manufacturing industry, incl. payroll accounting (ideally DATEV)
• Very good knowledge of labor, works constitution, payroll tax and social insurance law
• Experience in the introduction / further development of modern IT systems
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
