Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Engineering am Standort Falkenhagen, Deutschland, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektleiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d).

At our Falkenhagen site, the company employs around 400 people to produce airlaid products that are used every day by a large number of people for hygiene and personal care, in the home, in medicine and gastronomy, and in other areas of application.

To strengthen our team in the area of engineering at the site in Falkenhagen, Germany, we are looking for a Project Lead Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

WELCHE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN SIE? / WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

• Verantwortung für die Analyse, Planung und Umsetzung technischer Projekte aus der Engineering-Jahresprojektliste nach Vorgabe des Abteilungsleiters
• Leitung, Koordination und Betreuung der Installation von Projekten auf der Baustelle, Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen sowie des Montage- und Mannschaftsplanes
• Projektierung von neuen (Teil-)Systemen, Optimierung vorhandener Systeme und Produktionsausrüstung, Komponentenauswahl
• Auslegung von elektrischen Baugruppen, Systemen
• Erstellen von technischen Unterlagen wie Schaltplänen und Material-, Stücklisten und Dokumentationen
• Verantwortung für die optimale Auswahl der Komponenten und Dienstleistungen unter Berücksichtigung finanzieller und technischer Gesichtspunkte
• Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams sowie Verantwortung für die tägliche Planung/ Koordinierung von Mitarbeiterressourcen
• Freigabe der elektrischen Anlagen nach Reparaturen bzw. Techn. Änderungen
• Erkennen von technischem Potenzial / Optimierung von Prozessen

• Responsibility for the analysis, planning and implementation of technical projects from the engineering annual project list as specified by the department manager.
• Management, coordination and supervision of the installation of projects on site, supervision of commissioning as well as the assembly and crew plan
• Project planning of new (sub)systems, optimization of existing systems and production equipment, component selection
• Design of electrical assemblies, systems
• Preparation of technical documents such as circuit diagrams and material, parts lists and documentations
• Responsibility for the optimal selection of components and services, taking into account financial and technical aspects
• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the team as well as responsibility for the daily planning/coordination of employee resources
• Release of electrical systems after repairs or technical modifications
• Recognition of technical potential / optimization of processes

WELCHES PROFIL BRINGEN SIE MIT? / WHAT PROFILE DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (Techniker/Meister) im Bereich Elektrotechnik
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Projekt- und Teamleiter
• Sichere Anwendung der MS-Office Produktfamilie sowie der sichere Umgang mit Software zur elektronischen Schaltplanerstellung ist von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in der SPS Steuerung sind wünschenswert
• Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
• Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen Sie aus
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen sowie eigenverantwortliches und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

• Completed technical training with additional qualification (technician/master craftsman) in the field of electrical engineering
• Professional experience as project and team leader
• Proficient with the MS-Office product family as well as confident handling of software for electronic circuit diagram generation is an advantage
• Good knowledge of PLC control is desirable
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is desirable
• Leadership skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills are your characteristics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and with a focus on results
• Willingness to travel on business
